Document Damage
If your salt jars or food items arrived broken, please include a clear photo of the packaging and product for our quality control team.
Ship Items Back
For non-perishable merchandise, we will provide a prepaid return label to send the items back to our Friday Harbor facility.
Receive Refund
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method or ship out your replacement salt within 3-5 business days.
