Masters of desserts and fine sauces, Hot Cakes has been sweetening Seattle neighborhoods since 2012. After many years of making our award winning Chocolate Salted Honey Caramels in house, this partnership has finally brought the essence of our candies to a delicious, pourable topping. 

While most chocolate caramel sauces are made with corn syrup, we decided to make ours with honey—its sweet floral goodness singing in every spoonful. This honey comes from hardworking Pacific Northwest bees and our salt is harvested from the mineral rich waters around San Juan Island. A delightful harmony of sweet and savory from the land and from the sea.

TRY IT: Pretzel dipping sauce, chicken and waffles, caramel chai latte.

Try heating it gently in a pan or the microwave for a delicious pourable treat.

INGREDIENTS: Cream, Milk, Organic Cane Sugar, PNW Honey, Cocoa Powder, San Juan Sea Salt, Baking Soda, Vanilla Extract.
